Daijiworld Media Network – Gadag (MS)

Gadag, Jul 24: In a unique form of social service, college students are taking care of 25 orphan elderly people. The organization by the name Sneha Sanjivini is situated in Naragunda town of the district.

College-going students not only provide food to the orphan elders but also take care of the health needs. They also take care of elderly people from other districts. All students are doing their graduate and post graduate studies.

Donations are collected from public in Naragunda town in order to raise funds to take care of these elderly orphans. The students visit shops and market areas and gather money.

It is really commendable that in the days where the youth have fallen to vices like drugs and liquor, these youngsters are serving the elderly orphans and thereby setting new horizon for the modern youth.
