Mangaluru: Bhramarushi Umamaheshwara Swamiji’s students bag medals in karate championship

Mangaluru, Aug 9: Three students of Bhramarushi Umamaheshwara Swamiji under JBPRSS Indian kyo kushin kai karate do association Karkala, bagged medals at the two-day Shivamogga open 4th international karate championship 2023 held on August 5-6.

Three students won 2 gold and 2 silver medals in the karate championship.

Nireeksha bagged the first place in kata and kumite. She is pursuing first BCA at Bhuvanendra College.

Hrithik Amin bagged second place in kata. He is pursuing first year diploma in computer science at NRAMP Nitte.

Rahul K bagged the second place in kata. He is pursuing first year PU at Dr NSAM PU College.
