Kundapur: Town municipality urged to get Kannada name boards

Kundapur, Aug 12: Vittalawadi Kannada Abhimanigala Sangha submitted a memorandum to town municipality to mandatorily fix Kannada boards in all shops and establishments that fall under its limits.

The appeal was submitted to chief officer of town municipality H Manjunath.

The Sangha urged to get the same done before November 1 of this year.

The chief officer, who responded to the appeal of the Kannada fans assured to take action from Monday in this regard. Dinesh, Nitin, Harshit, Girish and office bearers of the committee were present.
