Mangaluru: Catholic Sabha holds cleanliness drive in Talapady

Mangaluru, Oct 3: A cleanliness drive was held at Talapady under the leadership of Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh Mariashram unit and with the cooperation of various organizations as part of national cleanliness day.

Mariashram unit director and parish priest Fr Victor D’ Souza was the chief guest of the programme.

Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh central president Alwyn D’ Souza Panir, Jyothi Nilaya Convent superior Sr Asha, Talapady grama panchayat president Ismael Makyak, church pastoral council vice-president Lena D’ Costa, ICYM and YCS unit president, members, Sinchana Maha Sangha convener Vani Poojary and members, Rajan Guliga and Swamy Koragajja Samithi Narla Talapady president Satya Poojary and members, Rajan Guliga and Swamy Koragajja Samithi Narla president Hariprasad Shetty and members, Rikshaw Drivers and Owners Association Talapady president Sudhir Shetty and members, Mariashram Church Friends president Sunil D’ Souza and members, Mitravrinda Games Team Talapady president Santhosh and members, Sri Rama Bhajana Mandira Talapady president Vinay Kumar Shetty and members, Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Central Committee treasurer and Mariashram unit president Francis Monteiro, Talapady grama panchayat member Vaibhav Shetty and Catholic Sabha Mariashram unit community development convener Rudolf Saldanha were present.

Santhosh Kumar Shetty compered the programme. Catholic Sabha Mariashram unit president Francis Monteiro thanked the gathering. More than 100 people took part in the programme.
