Udupi, Oct 5: Ravi Mokshit company of Hassan-Bengaluru origin is awarded the three year contract of Kanchinadka toll gate that is being constructed near Padubidri on Padubidri-Karkala state highway 1 by Karnataka State Road Development Corporation Limited (KRDCL).
Ravi Mokshit company will finalize the work of contract documents and begin functioning within a month or two. Sources said that Padubidri based vehicles will be given free access through the toll gate similar to the facility at Hejmady toll gate. When this toll gate starts functioning, most of the highways in the state would be added to toll gate network.
