Kundapur: Road rage, murder case – Accused sent to three-day police custody

Kundapur, Oct 7: Police produced to court accused in the murder case of Raghavendra alias Buns Raghu, who was murdered on Chicken Saal Road in the city on October 1. The court sent them to three days of police custody.

Shafiullah (40) and Mohammed Imran (43) of Shivamogga origin are the accused. Police requested to grant custody of the accused for more inquiry.

Kundapur station inspector Nandakumar, crime PSI Prasad, PSI Vinay Korlahalli and team subjected the accused to medical check-up in public hospital of the city and then produced in the court.

The accused were arrested on October 6 near Shivamogga railway station by SI Vinay, PSI Madhu, Madhusudhan, Rama, Sridhar, Ramu Hegde and Raghavendra.
