Mangaluru, Oct 7: “PM Modi has given inciting statement against Rahul Gandhi, who is uniting India through Bharat Jodo Yatra, with the intention of greed of power. This is condemnable,” said former minister Ramanath Rai.

Rai spoke in the protest meeting that was organized by Dakshina Kannada district Congress near the Mahatma Gandhi statue of MCC in the city.

Rai further said, “We are seeing virtues of Lord Ram in Rahul Gandhi, who is spreading love against hatred. A leader like him is insulted in various ways including suspension from parliament. This has to be opposed by each and every activist of Congress.”

Harish Kumar, president of Dakshina Kannada Congress, said, “PM Modi is scared of Rahul Gandhi even in while he is sleeping due to the love that Rahul gets from people of India. The BJP is left with only seven months of rule in the centre. India alliance is getting recognition throughout the country and government led by Congress will attain power. PM Modi is scared that the black deeds of his government of 10 years will come to light then. In his words itself it is very clear who has the qualities of Ravan. Modi’s words will get reversed to him itself.”

J R Lobo, Ivan D’Souza, Ibrahmi Kodijal, Shahul Hamid, Shashidhar Hegde, Praveen, Shalet, Harinath, Prakash, Lancelot, Naveen, Abdul, Samsuddin, Vishwas, Padmaraj and Shashikala were present.
