Bar association condemns Beltangady MLA’s use of derogatory words in speech against lawyers

Beltangady, Oct 7: The Bar association of Beltangady has issued a letter to Beltangady MLA Harish Poonja on September 23, condemning the derogatory words against lawyers allegedly used by the MLA during his recent press conference.

The Bar Association stated that the association is hurt by the statement in the press conference. “The use of such words against the lawyers is unfortunate,” states the letter.
