A very thoughtful , powerful & motivational and encouraging speach by Rev Bishop Gerald Isaac Lobo. Christians have a vast net work of educational institutions in India . They have to train ,motivate and encourage students and give them idea of civil service exams, Govt Jobs and also how to gain entry through sports quota . They have to bring in experts (Lot of Catholics are well placed in govt offices )to talk to the children and motivate and this has to be done both in rural and cities alike apart from their regular state academic syllabus . This is the need of the day if want to voice our opinions in the country . Gone are the days one used to pack his or bags to the middle east or a European country for better prospect as the green pastures are not any more green. Our catholic institution had to emphasise what was told by the bishop now in 2023 away back from 1947 ,then only we would have been one of the most powerful voice in this country, Our catholic institutions should now start to work on this on a warfooting and hope to see a change in the near future . Almighty guide us all.
