New Delhi, May 21: In a fresh twist to the arrest of YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra on charges of spying for Pakistan, WhatsApp chats have surfaced revealing her desire to get married in Pakistan. This comes amid social media buzz suggesting her links with Pakistan High Commission official Danish.

According to reports, Jyoti was in regular contact with Ali Hasan, who is believed to be associated with Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI). In one of her messages to Hasan, she allegedly expressed admiration for Pakistan and wrote, “Get me married in Pakistan,” responding to his warm wishes for her happiness.

Hasan had reportedly texted her in Hindi, “Jo (Jyoti), I pray you stay happy always, may you keep smiling and never face disappointments in life.”

The revelation follows the discovery that Jyoti leaked sensitive information regarding India's blackout measures during ‘Operation Sindoor’. Investigators confirmed she was also in touch with Danish during the operation and had deleted their chats in March this year.

Jyoti Malhotra was arrested on May 17, and authorities have seized her phones and laptops for further investigation into the alleged espionage activities.
