Male, May 23: Fitness enthusiast and actor Milind Soman is making waves on social media with glimpses of his rejuvenating getaway in the Maldives, where he indulged in scuba diving and yoga alongside his wife, Ankita Konwar.

The couple, known for their active lifestyle and wellness adventures, shared moments from their idyllic island retreat on Instagram. Soman posted a series of photos featuring the duo posing in the turquoise waters, a candid beach yoga session led by Konwar, and underwater snapshots from their diving expeditions.

“Scuba & yoga in the Maldives!!! Always amazing to be back and this time was even more special because @ankita_earthy was conducting yoga sessions along with the dive schedule. It was tough and tiring, so proud of her… we had about 16 dives, each one more spectacular than the last! Beautiful, incredible coral,” Soman captioned the post.

Konwar replied with a heartfelt “Love love love” in the comments, mirroring the joy of their tropical experience.

The couple, who tied the knot in a private ceremony in Alibaug in April 2018, have long been fitness role models. Just last month, they turned heads in Dubai with a challenging 3.5k swim and a 70k cycling ride, followed by a 15k run.

Their post read, “5 days in Dubai being absolutely outdoors and soaking up the sun. Never knew Dubai was so amazing for swimming, running and cycling! Swam 3.5k, cycled 70k and ran about 15k. Can’t wait to be back with my angel-like super supportive friends and explore some more.”

At 59, Milind Soman continues to inspire with his dedication to health, adventure, and love for the great outdoors — a passion perfectly shared by his partner in life and fitness, Ankita.
