Los Angeles, Jun 7: Hollywood star and former ‘Baywatch’ icon Pamela Anderson says she has never felt more at peace or fearless in her life than she does now at 57. In a heartfelt conversation with people.com, the actress opened up about embracing new experiences and living a more compassionate and self-driven life.
“I love being in the fight. I love living my life knowing that I can always do better. That just makes me feel alive,” Anderson shared. “To push myself to try new things — to sing, dance, act on stage — and make compassionate choices in my beauty regimen, it’s all part of the journey.”
Reflecting on her personal growth, the actress expressed gratitude for working alongside her children. “Being an entrepreneur and working with my kids has been so fulfilling. I’ve never been so inspired and fearless,” she said.
Anderson, who recently bought her grandmother’s farm, called her life “surreal”. “To think I’m sitting here now where I once had tea with my grandma as a little girl… and to have lived this life — it feels surreal,” she said.
Despite being hailed as a style icon, Pamela keeps her beauty routines simple and ethical. “I just grab any cruelty-free blonde dye and do it myself,” she revealed. “I’ve spent so much time in makeup chairs during my career, I couldn’t imagine going to a salon unless it’s for something specific.”
She also admitted to thinking about going grey but said her mother talked her out of it. “It’s my mum saying, ‘No, Pamela, not yet.’ Everything is about hair for her,” she laughed. “She always said, ‘If you’re pretty, you’re more powerful.’ And I always rebelled against that.”
Known for her fearless spirit and evolving identity, Pamela Anderson says she is embracing this phase of her life with peace, inspiration, and boldness like never before.
