Ronnie Rodrigues launches film 'Maine Pyaar Kiya Phir Se' in star-studded event with Dharmendra

Mumbai, Jun 7: Ronnie Rodrigues, CMD of Pearl Group of Companies and owner of CineBuster Magazine Pvt Ltd, has now ventured into filmmaking. His Hindi film “Maine Pyaar Kiya Phir Se” was launched in a grand ceremony in Mumbai, graced by the presence of several celebrities.

The event also doubled as a lavish birthday celebration for Ronnie’s sons, Charles and Caaden, who turned 11. Held at Hotel Sahara Star, the event was attended by Dharmendra, Arbaaz Khan, Vidya Malavade, Udit Narayan, Dilip Sen, Rajpal Yadav, Sonu Baggad, Ganesh Acharya, Yogesh Lakhani of Bright Outdoor Media, Kangna Sharma, Deepak Tijori, Cheetah Yajnesh Shetty, and other renowned personalities. Actress and influencer Ekta Jain anchored the event with flair. All guests showered birthday wishes and blessings on Charles and Caaden, who looked nothing less than little princes.

The evening began with a soulful Ganesh Vandana and a warm floral welcome for the guests. Ronnie Rodrigues, along with his son Martin, gave the ceremonial clap to mark the film’s muhurat. Interestingly, Ronnie has not only produced the film but has also penned its story and lyrics.

Under the banner of PBC Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd, the film is directed by Sabir Sheikh, with Keerti Kadam as associate producer, Nisar Akhtar as writer, Dilip Sen as music director, Naushad Prakar as DOP, Mohan Baggad as action director, Himanshu Jhunjhunwala as executive producer, and Ekta Jain as casting director. A song sung by Udit Narayan for the film was performed live by the singer, leaving the audience mesmerized.

Veteran actor Dharmendra praised the film, saying, “‘Maine Pyaar Kiya Phir Se’ is like a ‘mix veg’—full of flavours and entertainment. My best wishes to Ronnie Rodrigues and his entire team. I had a great time working with Arbaaz Khan earlier in ‘Pyaar Kiya to Darna Kya’, and I’m excited about this new journey together.”

Arbaaz Khan expressed his joy, stating, “It’s an honour to work with Dharmendra ji again. I wish Ronnie Rodrigues and the entire cast and crew all the very best. Ronnie’s sons are also part of the film, and I’m excited about the story, characters, and script.”

Rajpal Yadav added, “The moment I heard that Dharmendra ji was part of the film, I didn’t need to hear anything else. It has always been a dream to share screen space with him, and this project made it come true.”

Interestingly, real-life police officer inspector Vijay will also be seen playing a police role in the film. He remarked, “May God make me a policeman even in my next life.”

After a spectacular cake-cutting ceremony, the grand birthday bash concluded with guests praising Ronnie Rodrigues’ royal hospitality. His generosity and warmth once again won everyone’s hearts.
