Aalim Hakim busts wig rumours on Hrithik, Kapil: ‘Sabke asli baal hain, boss!’

Mumbai, Jun 18: In an era where social media critiques everything from head to toe, Bollywood stars often find themselves at the centre of bizarre speculations—especially about their hair. But this time, celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim has stepped in to set the record straight.

In a candid chat with Hindi Rush, Aalim dismissed rumours that actors Hrithik Roshan and Kapil Sharma wear wigs or hair patches. “No, it’s all real. Sabke asli baal hain boss. I cut their hair myself. Fake hair wouldn’t react the same way as real hair on camera,” he said, specifically citing Hrithik’s much-admired chopper entry in War (2019). “Not only does he have real hair, he has great quality hair,” Aalim added.

Interestingly, Aalim did reveal that his own hair is fake. “To be very frank, my own hair is fake. I don’t lie about it,” he shared, admitting that people often message him thinking certain actors wear wigs, when in fact, it’s his own hair that’s artificial.

Despite the clarification, Aalim isn’t holding his breath for the rumours to stop. “Kuchh toh log kahenge,” he quipped.

On the professional front, Hrithik is gearing up for War 2 alongside Jr NTR and Kiara Advani, while Kapil Sharma returns with Season 3 of The Great Indian Kapil Show, featuring Salman Khan as the first guest.
