Mumbai, Nov 15: Bollywood couple Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa welcomed a baby girl on their fourth wedding anniversary, adding an extra layer of joy to their special day. The duo announced the news on social media, calling their daughter “the greatest blessing” God has given them.

Sharing the happy update, Rajkummar wrote, “The greatest blessing God has given us on our 4th wedding anniversary.”

In an earlier interview with Hindustan Times, Patralekhaa had spoken about their plans to travel to the southern part of New Zealand once the baby arrived — a destination they couldn’t cover on their previous trip. “Perhaps we can do some bungee jumping or something crazier with the baby,” she had said, adding that she realised during that trip how Rao would be as a father.

The couple announced their pregnancy on July 9 with a pastel-themed Instagram post featuring a floral wreath and cradle, captioned simply, “Elated.”

Rajkummar and Patralekhaa, who first met on the sets of Citylights (2014), tied the knot in November 2021 after years of dating.
