Mumbai, May 31: Actress Divya Khossla marked two years since the release of her action thriller Savi on Sunday, expressing gratitude to fans for their continued appreciation of the film.

Taking to Instagram, Khossla thanked audiences for the love received by her character and noted that the response had helped the film trend in multiple countries, including several non-Hindi-speaking regions such as Singapore and Malaysia. She said audience support remains the most meaningful aspect of her journey as an artist.

She also acknowledged the contributions of the film’s team, thanking producer Mukesh Bhatt and director Abhinay Deo for trusting her with the project and bringing Savi to life.

Savi, backed by Vishesh Films and T-Series Films, also stars Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Rane. The film is a remake of the 2008 French drama Anything for Her and follows the story of a homemaker who attempts a daring prison break to rescue her husband from a high-security facility in England.

The film’s technical team includes cinematographer Chinmay Salaskar and editor Shaan Mohammad.

Reflecting on past controversies, Khossla had earlier accused the makers of Jigra of allegedly copying the jailbreak storyline from Savi and also raised concerns regarding the reporting of box office figures. The remarks had sparked discussions in the film industry at the time.
