Mumbai, Sep 5: Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal has wrapped filming for filmmaker Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming project O Saathi Re, which stars Aditi Rao Hydari and Avinash Tiwary alongside him.
Rampal shared glimpses from the sets on social media, posting pictures with Imtiaz Ali and Aditi Rao Hydari to mark the completion of the project. He expressed his fondness for the team and indicated that he would miss working with his co-stars and the filmmaker.

The project marks Rampal’s first professional collaboration with Imtiaz Ali, although the two share a longstanding personal connection as former college friends. Rampal has expressed his excitement at finally being directed by his college friend.
O Saathi Re is being presented as a contemporary story with a vintage emotional core. The project has been described as an urban fairy tale set amid the complexities of metropolitan life.
Imtiaz Ali is associated with the project as its writer and showrunner, while his brother Arif Ali has directed the film. Rampal, Aditi Rao Hydari and Avinash Tiwary play the lead roles.
The film is expected to explore relationships and emotions against a modern urban backdrop while retaining the distinctive romantic storytelling associated with Imtiaz Ali. The project is set to premiere on Netflix.
Soon after announcing the wrap, Rampal also surprised fans with a new look. The actor shared pictures after getting a fresh haircut from celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim and revealed that the makeover was for another upcoming film.
Rampal hinted that details of the new project would be announced soon, adding to the list of projects currently in his pipeline. He is also expected to collaborate with filmmaker Hansal Mehta on the upcoming film Billionaire.
Rampal has had a busy run of late with a mix of theatrical and streaming projects. He was recently seen in Satluj and has also featured in the Dhurandhar franchise.
With O Saathi Re now wrapped and another project awaiting announcement, Rampal continues to maintain a packed lineup of films across different genres and platforms.
