Mumbai, Oct 27: Mumbai woke up to hazy skies and humid conditions on Tuesday, October 27, as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast dry weather across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar over the next 24 hours. The maximum temperature in Mumbai and its suburbs is expected to reach around 37 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is likely to remain in the mid-20s.

According to IMD observations for October 26, Colaba recorded a minimum temperature of 26.2 degrees Celsius, while Santacruz registered 22.5 degrees Celsius. Both observatories reported no rainfall.

Daytime temperatures remained high, with Santacruz recording a maximum of 37.1 degrees Celsius and Colaba 35.7 degrees Celsius. The warm and humid conditions may cause discomfort during the afternoon, particularly for people spending extended periods outdoors. Residents are advised to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged exposure to the heat.
