Udupi: Scorpio Runs Over Pedestrian on NH 66

Udupi, Jun 13: A pedestrian died in a ghastly accident at nearby Koppalangady, Kaup on national highway 66 on Tuesday June 12.

The deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Sadanand Shetty, a resident of Koppalangady. He was on his way to Kaup when a marauding Scorpio hit him.  The driver survived with minor bruises, although the vehicle rolled over several times. 

Kaup police registered a case in this regard.
