Mangalore: Akhila Bharatiya Hindu Adhiveshana to be held

Mangalore, Jun 4:
“The preparation for the second Akhila Bharatiya Hindu Adhiveshana (All India Hindu Convention) is in its final stage and will be held in Ponda, Goa, at Ramanath Temple’s Vidhyadiraj Convention Hall. More than 250 dignitaries from 20 states, delegates from Nepal, Malaysia, and Pakistan will participate in this convention,” said Mohan Gowda, spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruthi Samithi, addressing a press meet on Monday June 3.

He also said that 10 religious leaders, more than 100 representatives from 70 various Hindu organizations, 50 social workers, 25 lawyers, 45 businessmen, 15 veteran journalists, 8 preachers, 6 intellectuals, and many dignitaries who are in favor of Hinduism will attend the event.

“The convention is being organized to strengthen the Hindu Samaj, to contemplate on various problems which India is facing, and to gain world peace from establishing a Hindu nation. A plan is to be prepared to provide protection to Hindus who are leaving foreign countries, especially Hindus living in countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. The establishment of a national level forum for cattle protection as well as the problems faced by the Hindu Samaj will be discussed in various sessions. Various problems of India and Hindus will be displayed to delegates. The convention can be witnessed via the internet on www.HinduJagruti.org/summit/english.php,” added Gowda.  

On this occasion, Hanumanth Kamath, Sevanjali Trust, Mangalore, Ashwini Prabhu Sanathana Institution, Harshavardhana Shetty, Hindu Janajagruthi Samithi, were present.
