Birmingham, Jun 23 (IANS): Rain Sunday delayed the start of the Champions Trophy final here between England and India, after the hosts won the toss and put India in to bat.

    India won the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy by 5 runs. This was going to be the last Champions Trophy as a 50 over match. In 2017 there will be a different format for future matches
