Mangalore, June 13:
"Scientifically, children below the age of 14 are not capable of facing social challenges. Children should get right education; they should involve themselves in games and sports in their childhood," said district and session court judge M G Uma.

She inaugurated and was speaking at an awareness programme conducted in view of World Day against Child Labour Thursday June 12 at the ZP conference hall.
