Go on with swatch Bharath.certainly it starts from house. When one is not Aware of clealiness and ist importance, then useless once clean with a Group and nextday rest remains where it is till next Action. In India it is everywhere spitting, throwing garbage when one not sees in neighbours garden,is common.Nowonder Malaria and other diseases are started again as it was once rotten some years back.Flys are over garbage bin, make the disease spread faster.Everywhere open Drainage, etc.are some of it.Muncipality also should think over this and control from time to time .when they dont take care of dust bins ,and surroundings ,we cant blame only locals.A proper Explanation from health dpt.to everyody from time to time will help them to throw where what and how can be everybody help towards our envirement to be healthy an avoid by planting a tree here and there for Oxygen ,not cutting them.
