Mangalore, Mar 20: Fr Muller Medical College (FMMC) will host 'Horizon '07' a national conference on 'Updates in Hospital Administration' to mark the decennial year of Masters in Hospital Administration.
A press release stated that the course, which was begun in 1997, has so far seen 80 students emerge into various avenues of healthcare industry.
'Horizon' stands for 'Hospital Administrators Organizing a Realm of Integrated Zeal on Newer Reflections' the release stated.
The conference will focus on various issues such as safety and security issues in healthcare, hospital finance: emerging issues, public relations and communication in healthcare.
Administrators holding key positions in various renowned hospitals will be the speakers on occasion.
