Mangalore, Mar 21: The Pandeshwar police have arrested 3 men who were trying to sell a stolen car in the Bunder area here on Monday March 19.

The arrested have been identified as Nasir Basheer Sheikh of Malad in Mumbai, Vikram Hari Singh Rajput, a resident of Mumbai and Mohammad Wasim of Ramnagar in Shimoga.

They were spotted by people while trying to sell a posh car for meager price at Bunder.  Having suspected some foul play in this, locals informed the police about this.  Pandeshwar police arrived at the place and arrested the threesome.

They said to have confessed that the car was stolen and real cost of the car was Rs 6.30 lac.  They were trying to sell it at Rs 5.30.  The police have also seized the car.
