Mangalore, Mar 26: Blessing and laying of foundation stone of the Silver Jubilee Memorial Building of St Sebastian's High School, Permannur near here was held on Monday March 26 evening.

cFr Baptist Menezes, director of Fr Muller Charitable Institutions blessed the foundation stone.  Union labour minister Oscar Fernades who presided over the function, laid foundation stone of the building.

The function was held at St Sebastian's School ground at Permannur and was graced by Ivan D'Souza, advocate and vice-president of district Congress and KPCC member U T Khadar as guest of honour.

Permannur parish priest Fr Thomas D'Souza, college principal Fr Clement Mascarenhas were also present on the dais. 

Former Udupi MP Vinay Kumar Sorake and former state minister Ramanath Rai also were present on the occasion.
