Daijiworld Media Network – Puttur (GA)

Puttur, Mar 27: Prestigious American Psychotherapy Association [APA] has recognized psychotherapist Patrick Cyprian Mascarenhas of Puttur by taking him as its overseas member.

Dr Mascarenhas was recognized globally through the International Transactional Analysis Association [ITAA] as its honoured member and appointed him for its management committees. Observing his developments APA had invited him to become their member.  After the invitation was accepted, APA sent the photo identity card to Dr Mascarenhas and also invited him to participate in the annual conferences of the APA.

APA is an organization which connects the mental health specialists around the world and also acts as a link between the specialists and the general public. Formerly APA membership was restricted to Americans only. Recently the organization started inviting globally-recognized specialists to become its member. Dr Mascarenhas is one among a very few members from India.
