Mangalore, Mar 27: Internationally acclaimed orthopaedic surgeon and president of Swiss Association of Surgeons Dr Thomas Ruedi was honoured by the Mangalore City Corporation (MCC) at a civic reception at Town Hall here on Monday March 26.
The civic honour was presented by mayor Vijaya Arun.
Expressing his gratitude, Dr Ruedi said that he was happy to receive the honour and thanked everyone present at the ceremony.
K S Hegde Medical Academy (KSHEMA) dean Dr Shantaram Shetty and other prominent citizens were present.
