Mangalore, Apr 13:  A quiz contest for the students of eighth and ninth standards studying in various schools of the districts will be conducted at Victoria Girls’ High School, Ladyhill here on Monday April 16.

A press release from DDPI stated that the contest has been organized by the Regional Pollution Control Board.

Over 500 students from across the district are expected to participate. The winners will qualify for state-level contest to be held shortly in Bangalore, the release stated.

Block Education Officer (BEO) Walter D’Mello will appoint five teachers to ensure smooth running of the contest, stated the release.
