Udupi, Apr 14: Elections to the city municipal council will be held on May 13.

Udupi Zilla Nagarika Samiti will field 20 candidates for the election of city municipal council, said the General Secretary of the Samiti, Nityananda Volakadu on Friday April 13.

Addressing the mediapersons, he said that samiti had a track record of taking up people-friendly causes.  The election will be held in 20 wards coming under the old Udupi town limits.
