Udupi, May 4: ‘Kala Kausthubha’ a five-day art festival and symposium will be held from Sunday May 6 to Thursday May 10 at Rajangana auditorium, near Krishna Temple here.
State Lalitha Kala Academy, Bangalore and Krishna Math will be organizing the programme.
P N Acharya, member of Karnataka Lalitha Kala Academy, told reporters that medical education minister V S Acharya will inaugrathe the festival at 10 am.
V T Kale, chairman of Lalitha Kala Academy will also attend the programme.
The occasion will be blessed by Sri Vidhyasagara Teertha Swami of Paryaya Math. There will also be a photo and art exhibitions depicting the state’s reorganization and the people who toiled for the cause, Acharya said.
