Mangalore, May 5: Fr J B Crasta, manager of St Joseph’s workshop and director of St Joseph’s Industrial Training Centre, celebrated completed 25 successful years of his priesthood on Friday May 4.
Bishop Aloysius Paul D’Souza of Mangalore presided over the function and greeted Fr J B Crasta. In his felicitation message Bishop said that being simple, doing simple things for the glory of God has been the hallmark of Fr J B Crasta’s priestly life.
Msgr Fred V Pereira vicar general of Mangalore Diocese, Fr Victor Machado, rector of St Joseph’s Seminary and Fr Henry Sequeira professor in St Joseph’s Seminary were the chief guests of the occasion.
J B Souza proposed vote of thanks while Blanny Lobo compered the programme.
