MUMBAI, Jun 30:
Mumbai witnessed an incessant spell of showers since Friday night disrupting rail, road and air traffic as several low lying areas were waterlogged.

Met Department recorded 108 mm of rainfall flooding in areas like Bandra, Matunga, lower Parel in central Mumbai.

There might be no respite for the residents with the Met department predicting heavy to very heavy rains during the next 24 hours. Train services particularly in Central and Harbour line were disrupted due to heavy rain.

This is the second time since the arrival of monsoon that normal life has been affected in the city. There is no news of causality till now.
