Mumbai meat ban: MNS workers to sell mutton at Dadar in protest

Mumbai, Sep 10 (Midday News): In a protest against the four day meat ban in the state, the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena(MNS) party workers will sell mutton at Agar Bazar in Mumbai's Dadar today.

Dear Jossey: The Bharat Joker's Party is going overboard and acting like a party led by a bunch of leaders suffering from bipolar disorder.

in Rajastan also, beef sales are prohibited for a few days. But, in Gujarat, the export volume is going upward. None of the H.C. Judges will dare to block the beef sales because they will be ending up in Andaman Nicobar Islands as street sweepers. Now, India has been turned as a laughing stock of the whole world due to the shameful rule of the BJP, pushing India backward as an uncivilized forest land.

The way India is moving with issues which in no way contributing to the Nation and people. I am drawn to think of the famous poem penned by Rabindanath Tagore.

Where mind is without fear let my Country wake. Oh what a state we have reached, all so selfish to save their position.

Only God can save bring transformation.

Now the Government of Maharastra will enact a law prohibiting toilet tissue paper in Maharastra as a western culture and will train the foreigners with their new cleaning technology.

What an ill-fate of India to suffer like this in the 21st century?

See the irony ! When poor people (irrespective of religious background) wish for a little luxury of non-veg, these people want to ban beef ! Now, when a certain section of Hindu community is favoured with a small period of non-slaughter, its difficult for the remaining to survive without their chicken and mutton favourite ?? !!

Are we living in a fools paradise ?

Jains are not a community within Hindus though the Hindu extremists would like to believe that. I understand Jains are totally against this ban since they do not interfere with the religious habits of others.

Jains are not Hindus ? So should not be Buddhists, Sikhs, Lingayats ? Then, how come marriages taken place at Jain shrines for non-Jains are acceptable ? Is there difference in the way rituals (pooja) are carried out ?

    Someone please enlighten me.

    Welcome to the fools' paradise...

If you are still wondering... Yes we Indians are living in fools' paradise.

And if you don't know why....

Its our Government, Government elected by us and the Government which will remain in office for us until we decide otherwise....

    But then we are Indians.
