Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College’s Exhibition: Exhibition and free distribution of medicinal plants was held at the premises of Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College on Monday August 20. 

Planting of 64 Sandal Saplings: As the part of 64th birth anniversary f late Rajiv Gandhi,Dakshina Kannada District Youth Congress Committee planted 64 saplings of sandalwood in the premises of Sahyadri education institution on Monday August 20.

Free Eye Camp: A free eye treatment camp will be organized by the district mobile eye unit of Wenlock Hospital at Tringalady PHC of Puttur on Tuesday August 21, at Bantwal PHC on Friday August 24 and Suratkal on Tuesday August 28 and Bellary PHC on Friday August 31.

All College Students’ Union’s election: All college students’ union’s election will be held by Akhila Baharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishat (ABVP) at Hotel Taj Mahal at Hampankatta here on Tuesday August 21 at 10.30 am in the presence of Harish Acharya, leader of ABVP.
