Shiv Sena hits out at BJP for 'free publicity' to Kanhaiya

Mumbai, Mar 7 (PTI): In a veiled attack on the BJP for letting JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar get "free publicity", ally Shiv Sena today sought to know how he got bail in such a short span of time when others charged with 'sedition' are still languishing in jails.

"(Union Minister) Venkaiah Naidu said Kanhaiya Kumar is getting free publicity. If that is so, who is responsible for letting him get free publicity? Today, nothing comes for free," the Sena said in an edit in its mouthpiece 'Saamana'.

"A price has to be paid for even the smallest of things. Working class people, labourers who used to save money in PF, will now be taxed on their earnings. In short, the government has only shown people nothing will be given for free," it said.

It said that Hardik Patel, who led the Patel agitation demanding reservation for his community in Gujarat is still behind bars after being charged with 'sedition' and so are people like Colonel Purohit and Sadhvi Pragya.

"Then how did Kanhaiya get bail so easily? Was it that keeping him behind bars was becoming a problem for the government and that it had to answer too many questions?" the Sena asked.

"If Naidu says Kanhaiya is getting free publicity, then our system and administration is responsible for it. He has become a hero because people are announcing reward for attack on Kanhaiya," it said, referring to BJP leader Kuldeep Varshnay announcing Rs 5 lakh prize money for cutting off the tongue of Kanhaiya, who he had alleged, was speaking against BJP and PM Narendra Modi after being released on bail.

A poster announcing Rs 11 lakh prize money to anyone "shooting down" Kumar was also spotted in Delhi.

The Sena further said that the sole aim (of politicians) is to win elections and form a government.

"Promises made before elections vanish into the air and farmers, labourers, working class and students are made victims. If this continues, there would be human bombs made within the country. These youngsters will be exploited for political games," the Sena warned.

Kumar, who was arrested on February 12 on sedition charges, was released from Tihar jail on March 3 after the Delhi High Court granted him interim bail for six months.

People thought that bearing PM Modi, there are no good orators!
Then they explored revolutionary speakers like Hardik Patel, Kanhaiya and many more.
However Govt applied sedition charges on them, whereas NO SUCH charges applied on leaders like Praveen Togadia, Owaisi, Pramod Muthalik or K.P. Bhat etc. STRANGE!

We cannot trust Shiv Sena for a bit. They support any party which is in favor of them. If they were real sincere in their act and work, they would have ruled Maharashtra by now. Their party members are looters and roques.

Shiv Sena always play a double game. When it suits them they side with the BJP and when it does not suit them they speak against them. This is typical behaviour of the Shiv Sainiks and MNS as well. One cannot be assured of their support/loyalty as they could desert the BJP anytime. Cunning and cowardly is the best way to describe. BJP deserve this.

Who doctored the videos ? Who were the ones who actually shouted anti-India slogans as the report clearly say it was not Kanhaiya or Umar Khalid or any of their known JNU associates. Report says they were outsiders who shouted anti India slogans ? We ask were those outsiders from the Nagpur group which is why the police don't seem interested in finding out about who doctored the videos and who actually shouted anti-India slogans ? Was it done by the Nagpur group to malign and close down JNU and/or give the ABVP control of JNU ?
Also in India Today TV news channel sting operation the Patiala House court lawyer goons had said that not all of those in black coats assaulting students, journalists and teachers and Kanhaiya were lawyers and that some of them were brought from outside dressed as lawyers. We need to know if these dressed up as lawyer goons were from the Nagpur group and their associates ?
Even most of the Police at Patiala House court were mute bystanders when the violence was happening. Commissioner Baarshi took a mild attitude towards those lawyer goons. Was he under instructions from the Nagpur group via Delhi to do so ?

The people who did shout the Anti India Slogans are known, but are being shielded because the whole concept of the JNU game backfired and KK got the advantage.
