Mangalore, Sep 27: On the occasion of the World Tourism Day, a one-day state-level seminar cum exhibition on ‘Tourism Today and Challenges and Opportunities’ will be organized by Srinivas College of Hotel Management in association with Vijayalakshmi Institute of Hospitality Sciences here on Thursday September 27.
According to a press release, S Dheerendra, regional manager, State Bank of India will be the chief guest on the occasion. At the seminar various challenges faced by tourism sector around the world, with particular reference to India will be discussed and they would also try to find a possible solution to solve the problem, and also try to convert challenges into opportunities, the release added.
Moreover an exhibition too will be organized, which will be open to the general public.
