Kundapur, Oct 5: Blood donation camp was organized under the joint auspices of NSS of Koteshwar first grade government College, Koteshwar Rotary club, Rotract club, Interact club, blood bank wing of the district, blood bank wing of the district and the district welfare department at College premises, Koteshwar near here recently.

Dr Sudhaker Nambiar, working journalist of taluk journalist association inaugurated the camp.

Speaking on the occasion Dr Nambiar said that blood donation was an examplery of service and it will motivate others as well to follow the noble deed of the magnanimous donor.

Bhasker Shetty, principal presided over the function.

Dr Sharat, in-charge of the blood bank in the district hospital, Seetharam Madhyastha, principal, Government Pre-University College, Sanjay Ganiga, secretary Rotary Club, Koteshwar and Madhyastha, president, Rotract Club were the chief guest.
