Madrid, May 7 (IANS): Top women's doubles pair of Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis entered the final of Madrid Open tennis beating unseeded Vania King and Alla Kudryavtseva 6-2, 6-0 on Friday.

The top seeded pair needed just 51 minutes to get the better of the American-Russian in the clay court tournament.

The Indo-Swiss pair will vie for their fifth title of the year at Madrid against Caroline Garcia and Kristina Mladenovic.

Sania and Martina have already won titles in Sydney, Brisbane, Australian Open and St. Petersburg this season.

Garcia and Mladenovic beat Ekaterina Makarova and Elena Vesnina 6-2,6-3 in the semi-finals.

Makarova and Vesnina extended their unbeaten streak to 12 matches with the win.

It is Sania-Martina's second consecutive final appearance after losing in the summit clash at the Stuttgart Open.

The top seeds were very aggressive from the start and didn't allow their opponents to settle down into any rhythm.

Sania-Martina then quickly moved to a 4-0 lead in the second set after breaking Vania and Alla in the second and fourth games, respectively.
