M'lore: FLDP for Sri Lankan Officers at CLHRD from Nov 14

Mangalore, Nov 14: Feel Learning and Development Intervention Programme (FLDLP) will be organized by the College of Leadership and HRD (CLHRD) for a group of corporate officers from Sri Lanka, here in the college premises from Wednesday November 14 to Friday November 16.

This programme will be organized exclusively for non- Indians and it is the first-of-its-kind.
 
The three-day programme will cover various themes like personnel effectiveness, developing a team, developing human resource, identifying competencies, leadership effectiveness, influencing to change, principle-centredness and resource effectiveness. 

Dhammika Jayasuriya, who has been organizing training programmes in Sri Lanka using intellectual property provided by CLHRD, is bringing a batch of 35 corporate officers to CLHRD this time. 

Experiential learning and participatory conceptualization will be the method adopted for the learning and development intervention, informed a press release.
