Udupi, Nov 18: Chairperson of Manipal Media Network Ltd, Satish Pai and Sandhya Pai unveiled the ‘Mandavi Plaza’, on November 17th at Vidyaratnanagar, Manipal. The Mandavi Plaza is a 32 flat residential facility constructed by Mandavi promoters and developers, here.

Advocate Ravindra Poojary hosted the event, whereas MLA K Raghupathi Bhat and industrialist, Pramod Madhwaraj presided over the inaugural ceremony. Vidyavallabhatirtha Sripada of Srikaniyuru Mutt speaking on the occasion emphasized that there is a great need to provide comfortable residential facilities in the city.

Rev. Fr. Godfrey Saldhana of Derebai Church, Mangalore inaugurated the electricity grid. Rev. Fr. John Noronha of Kallianpur Santhekatte Church inaugurated the generator facility. Architect Shivram Bhat, engineer Ivan D’Souza and others were honoured on the occasion.
