Mumbai: Ashok Shetty Elected President of Bunts Association

Mumbai, Jan 1: The annual general meeting of Bunts Association of metro was held at newly built Soumyalatha Sadanand auditorium located at Bunts Centre, Gaondevi Chowk, Juhi Nagar (West), Navi Mumbai, recently, being chaired by Jaya K Shetty, president of Association.

Advocate Ashok Shetty and Vinitha C Shetty were unanimously elected as president and executive president of women’s wing, respectively, at the annual general meeting.  Kedarnath Shetty was appointed as internal auditor while S K Shetty and Company was appointed as auditors for the term of one year. 

Chittaranjan S Shetty Kandivli, Balakrishna K Shetty, M B Vittal Rai, Ravindra S Shetty, Sadanand D Shetty, Jaya N Shetty, advocate Anand V Shetty, Ravindra B Shetty, Santhosh Kumar Shetty, H Shetty, Jayant K Shetty, B A Sadashiv Rai, Sundar K Shetty, Ramesh T Shetty, Suresh G Shetty, Hiriyanna C Shetty, Gopal Y Shetty, Kolpe Dhananjaya Shetty, advocate Shekar Shetty and Shekar K Shetty were elected as members of managing committee.  D K Shetty, assisted as nodal officer.

Susheela C Shetty and Asha S Shetty were elected as vice president and secretary of executive committee of women’s wing.  Tejakshi S Shetty, Leela K Shetty were elected as treasurer and joint secretary.  Jayanthi N Shetty, Suhasini S Shetty, sarala B Shetty, Sunanda S Shetty, Sumati R Shetty, Prema K Shetty, Vinoda J Shetty, Sharada S Shetty, Shailaja A Shetty, Shanti S Shetty, Vasanti S Shetty, Vimala V Shetty, Vasanti B Shetty and Arusha N Shetty including 14 women were elected.

Sujatha K Shetty sang the prayer hymn.  Jayant K Shetty, secretary presented the annual report.  Advocate Ratnakar Shetty, treasurer presented the accounts. Arusha N Shetty compered the programme.  Jayant Shetty, secretary proposed vote of thanks.
