United Kingdom, Jan 02: Once again Mangalorean United Konkani Association (MUKA) gathered together its members to celebrate X'mas on 30th Dec. at St. Theresa's Church hall, Aspley between 4 and 8 pm.

The enthusiastic crowd of 45 members was addressed by the MC Julian Noronha. Fr. Richard Rodrigues from Honnaver parish currently studying Phd in Italy, Rome was the special guest of honour on the occasion. Also on the same day the birthday of baby Riahnna who is one of the MUKA members was co-commemorated.

Liturgical secretary Anita Sequeira and her choir sang carols which filled the air with the holy and pious spirit of X'mas. Mangalorean culture was relived by relishing 'Kuswar' organized by Praveen D'souza and Co.

Santa Claus  Vincent D'souza had special X'mas gifts distributed to the young ones. Games were organized for the enjoyment of all, by Dorothy Prakash and prizes distributed later to winners. Snacks and drinks were flowing throughout the celebration. Music and dance rocked the floor.

The vote of thanks was given by Julian Noronha. Indeed a truly amazing and warm get-together witnessed this X'mas.
