Daijiworld Media Network- Mangalore (KM)

Mangalore, Feb 9: Bajrang Dal will launch a campaign to create awareness among people against the spread of terrorism and terrorist activities in the region informed Dr Anantha Krishna Bhat, a leader of Vishwa Hindu Parishad at a press conference here on Saturday February 9. The campaign also intends to help police in nabbing the terrorists.

Political parties have been involved in appeasing the minority. They do not want to lose their vote banks. Though fundamentalists of Islam have posed the threat of converting India, a Hindu country, no remedy has been taken to counter the threat, he said.

The higher officials who receive reports from intelligence agencies have not taken necessary steps to ensure that the nation remains peaceful and safe, Sudarshan M, convener of Bajrang Dal added.

Terrorism is no longer a foreign phenomenon, it has arrived at our doorsteps. It is high time that the authorities wake up from slumber and take steps against the spread of terrorism, Manohar Tulajaram, president of the city unit of VHP, opined.

Sharan Pumpwell, Shreedar Bhat and others of VHP were present at the press conference.

Bajrang dal is not fighting terrorism, but fighting the minorities - Muslims & Christian and terrorising the minorities. Bajrang Dal should form a anti terrorism squad by admitting members from minority community and then fight terrorism, which would be a welcome move and need of the hour. Lets all fight terrorism and not fight/hate other religions.
