Moodbidri, May 15: Leader of Young Mogaveera and district JD(S) Sevadal president Srinivas Salian (42) of Ermalu passed away on Tuesday May 13.
Srinivas Salian was the founder of youngsters' association of Ermalu. He was also the president of the association for a period of 10 years. Through this association he encouraged many school children and had also adopted a few children. He was the secretary of Padubidri Rotary Club and secretary of JCI association and the secretary of Ermalu Thenka Mogaveer Education Society.
Udupi district JDS president Deviprasad Shetty, former MLA Lalaji Mendon, BJP young leader Dinesh Shetty, district Rotary governor S Nagendran and rotary regional officer Y Madhava Suvarna have condoled his death.
