New Delhi: Beggar found in Rae Bareli turns out to be a crorepati from Tamil Nadu

Daijiworld Media Network - New Delhi (MS)

New Delhi, Dec 21: When public, in general, is weary of making the Aadhar card and linking the same to bank accounts, mobile numbers etc, this incident from Rae Bareli district is a complete turnaround, in which, an old man who was lost in a journey and forced to beg, was reunited with his family. He was also found to be a crorepati trader from Tamil Nadu.

Swami Bhaskar Swaroop Maharaj of Angroom School in Ralpur town of Rae Bareli district in Uttar Pradesh was moved by the pathetic condition of a beggar who came to beg for food near his school. He took the beggar under his shelter. He was given a haircut and bath as he looked clumsy.

To the utter shock of the assistants of Swamiji, who were giving a bath to the beggar, they found an Aadhar Card, a safety deposit locker key and fixed deposit (FD) documents worth Rs 1, 06, 92,731 inside his clothes.

Based on the details on the Aadhar card, when the assistants made further queries, they were in for another shock. This old beggar turned out to be a rich businessman hailing from Tamil Nadu.

The family members of the old man could not believe what they were hearing as the Swamiji conveyed that their head of the family, Muththaih Nadar, is with them.

His daughter Geeta rushed all the way from Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu to Rae Bareli and brought him back.

According to Geeta, her father lost his way during a train journey that he undertook 6 months before, probably due to the ill-effects of drugs that might have been forcefully injected by co-passengers.

She thanked Swami Bhaskar and all the other people for their concern and care offered to Muththaih and reuniting him with them

Swamiji has also requested the police and government officials to have sympathy on beggars and lunatics. He asked them to take proactive initiative in speaking to them so that in case they are lost like Muththaih, they can be reunited with their families.

So, this man has been missing for 6 months from his family. Did they report this to the police 6 months ago? If not something is fishy.

Sounds a bit dodgy to me. How come the family suspected that he might have been injected with drugs (If it was not done at their request). They probably hoped he would get lost and eventually die and then they could inherit his fortune. Two birds in one stone.

But the point here is why he was traveling with the safe locker key and the fixed deposit documents......how could he keep them safe even when begging.....why he did not approach the police.......looks like there was some finance dispute within the family .....

Here all the headlines are for the fortunes he has back home , and not for the person himself who has lost and found under unfortunate circumstances.
Money is the center point in anyone's identity today.

I think this man may be suffering from alzheimer's disease. It is normal to forget his past due to it. It is said the ex-president of USA, Ronald Reagan also had this problem.
Unfortunately, Alzheimer’s disease cannot be prevented, cured or slowed down. However, drug and non-drug treatments are available to help with some cognitive and behavioral problems

The fact that swami showed concern for the beggar and bathed him - shows his prices less act to be able to be read and digested all over India.

This affirms my belief that all religions ultimately are a means towards a same common goal.

Why are we fighting over on the basis of religion? A good person is a.food person. A criminal is a criminal. There is no such thing as a Muslim criminal or a Hindu criminal. To be this noble act of swami is what Jesus preached about in his sermon on the mountain. So I see Christ in this Swami.
Hats off to you Sir !!!

Money and richness one cannot take anywhere after we die. Life lesson is being close to family and friends is more value than the bank balance.
Why fight over religion community etc his state can come to any one of us.

All religions are equal and are a means to do good to humanity. Les not live in the past but present.
