Special care is needed to protect the elderly and the handicapped when they board or alight a bus. Here, both, the conductor and driver have to be extremely careful. Yet, in most areas of the twin district, there is only an unearthly hurry by most private bus conductors shouting "quick, quick, quick" which sometimes hustles the passenger so much that he/she alights with the wrong foot landing first. If the bus just starts just as before this happens, the passenger could lose his/her balance due to wrong footing.

This could have been one possibility for the fall by the elderly lady. In any case stopping the bus long enough for all the passengers to alight and peering carefully through the side/rear view mirrors the driver could avoid this sort of tragedy.May the soul of Kamala rest in peace.

Merciless brutal murder of an old aged human being. All her sins (if any) will be forgiven for sure. No words I get to express except feeling very sorry for her less living life on earth but the death she accepted is "Brutal" for sure. Let her sinless soul rest in peace Amen. bookin a case against bus driver is not enough but should be investigated deeply how come an aged woman was ignored so soon as she got down from the bus ? The question will remain marked until an investigation will see a justice.
