Mangalore: MCF Receives ‘Safe ution Award’

Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers (MCF) received the second prize for ‘safe execution’ in the largest industrial division as part of National Safety Day, which was observed recently.
 
The awards were jointly organized by the State Safety Institution and National Safety Council, Bangalore.
 
Sunil Kulkarni, production general manager, and P F Mariyanna, senior manager, Safety and Health, received the prize on behalf of MCF.
 
Lakshman, chairman, NSC, Karnataka Branch, presided over the function.
 
Dr S R Nayak, chairman, State Human Rights Commission, and C R Chikkamath, secretary, labour department, were present on the occasion.
