Simultaneously, the Principal also received a threatening call from a mobile number, saying that he was from the University Students Union.
“He demanded that Ms Varsha’s hall ticket be issued failing which, the Principal would have to suffer the loss of his life,” the complaint stated.
Fr Serrao besides requesting the police to arrest the anti-social elements, also sought protection to the Principal as well as the heritage buildings of the institution.

Among them six hindus, four christians and two muslims.
DDPU’s visit
On Friday, Deputy Director for PU Education Gore Goruba visited the college and inspected the documents following the students’ protest.
