Udupi, Mar 16: Renowned Kannada movie and tele-series director, producer and actor T N Sitaram was felicitated at the end of an interaction programme held at Poorna Prajna College here on Sunday March 15.

The felicitation programme was organized by the city-based General Insurance Cooperative Society.

The interaction was held about the daily Kannada soap, 'Mukta-Mukta', directed by Sitaram that has a tremendous viewership all over the state.

The team of 'Mukta -Mukta’ serial had a good time discussing the series with the Udupi viewers. The response of the viewers from the district was highly commendable as compared to similar programmes held in other places of the state earlier, said T N Sitaram, speaking after accepting the felicitation.

The serial assistant coordinator Srinath and Suresh Shetty, director of the Cooperative Society were at the dais.

President of the Society Gopalakrishna Rao welcomed the gathering. Prabhakar, secretary and others were present.
